Planning project meeting

Sunday
Arrival of students and teachers. We will meet everyone at the Kungsbacka station with the hosting families.
Teachers go across the street to their hotel.

Monday
Meet in the auditorium 8:20 Welcome and briefing of the day
Categorization groups of 5
Tour, pupils with pupils, teachers with teachers: Make schedule for this!
Meet in the gym about 9:30 for "getting to know each other" exercises
The assembly auditorium around 10:30 am for coffee and start workshops on ipads.
We need to fix a workbook and students who can show different apps. Special group of teachers - Frederick and Frederick ICT teachers
Working with ipads until 12 / Lunch in Bamba
Workshops again at 13 and start tasks, interviews, flag, etc. according to the application
One group goes to the Lighthouse to hang paintings with stereotypes
The day ends in the auditorium about 15.
Dinner with the teachers in the evening with guests (official meeting)

Tuesday
Meeting at 8:20 in the auditorium for the review of the day
Group work on Europe's "best school", interviews with students, etc.
Lunch at 12
A short walk to the lighthouse to see the stereotypes. Short sightseeing around the square
Throw the flag!
Visit Lindälv and UF company
Kungsmässan, price winning shopping mall, on the way back
gathering in the auditorium, summary of the day and times of Gothenburg.
Ends about 15:30
Teachers conference with brief evaluation, discussions etc.

Wednesday
Meet in the auditorium 8:20
Check out what each group did, how far the work has come
Joint walk to the station for departure by train 09:49, arrival Liseberg Station 10:08
Universeum booked between 10: 30-11: 30, with guided tour in English
Self-guided tour Universeum, rainforest, exhibitions, exercises

Packed lunch this day for students
Possibility to stay in Gothenburg but then every country has to take responsibility for their students Or the students go home around 14; 30 and then gather at the Electron at 18 and the teachers who want to stay in Gothenburg.
Eurodisco for all the students at Elektronen, hosted by the ninegraders of Hålabäck 9B. The disco ends at 21:30

Thursday
Meet in the auditorium 8:20
About 8: 45-9: 15 Henrik Olausson from Aranas talks about the UN role play
Joint walk to Aranas and visiting UN role play
Throw the flag on the way!
Lunch at school
Working with interviews, videos, etc.
Reassembly 15, end the day 15:30
Teacher meeting to discuss the assessment, tests, schedules, etc. Open to all teachers

Friday
Meet in the auditorium 8:20
Review and impressions of the work done by the groups. Each group gets a moment to tell the others of their work
Additional work is being done so that everything in the application is fullfilled
Fix for the film festival; class 7B, drink, snacks, jury, price, etc.
Lunch in Bamba about 12
Kl.13 The filmfestival begins!
The films are shown, the jury meets, winner crowned, prize awarded

Saturday
Departure, be sure to check out time when the students have to be at the station
